Dr. Faraci has been a Veterinarian for over 25 years and a member of the VCA family since 2018. She obtained her Veterinary degree from Universidad Federal do Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil. She has had amazing opportunities to travel and live in many countries, exploring different languages, while continuing to learn more about Veterinary Medicine along the way.
Dr. Faraci believes that dogs and cats improve our mental and physical health and we should do the same for them. Senior dogs and cats hold a special place in her heart.
Nurturing the Human-Animal Bond is her passion. Her special interests include Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Nutrition, Tui-na, and Animal Behavior.
Dr. Faraci is a member of Southern California Veterinary Medical Association, California Medical Association, The American Veterinary Medical Association, World Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, American Academy of Veterinary Acupuncture and International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management.
