Ciarra joined VCA in 2020 as a Client Service Representative. She loves watching pets grow from puppies into adult dogs and being a part of all those wonderful interactions that occur in-between. Ciarra finds fulfillment in her role when she is able to provide support for clients on their very difficult day of saying good-bye to their pet. Her experiences as a CSR helped her when she had to go through the same thing with her dog. She has a BA in music performance from Moravian University and she is currently working on her MS in Animal Science at Unity College. In her free time, she loves to sing and draw/paint/refurbish furniture. Ciarra has 4 dogs, Shasta (15 year old Husky), CloverBow (4 year old staffie mix), LailahLou (2 year old Bassett mix), Quinjamin (5 year old Great Pyrenees mix); 1 cat, Pepper (pictured, 20 years old!!!); and 3 rats, Popcorn (Corn), Bean, and Licorice.
