Pam Palmer is both the Practice Manager and a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She always knew she wanted to work with animals, and after researching what an LVT does, decided it was a great fit. After graduating from SUNY Canton in 1998, she entered the veterinary field to combine her love of healing patients with her desire to help educate clients. In fact, Pam cites getting to know clients and their pets as one of the most rewarding parts of her career. 

In her time away from the hospital, Pam likes to read, craft, hike and camp and kayak. She spends time with her family and her children, who are involved in sports and various activities. Her husband, Shawn, and two children, Katelyn and Logan, have a fur family, too: Agnes (Beagle and Basset mix) and Kevlar (Boston Terrier).
