Dr. Rhodes graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2001 and then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Michigan State Veterinary Teaching Hospital. From there, she has practiced in Wisconsin, Oregon and Illinois.
Dr. Rhodes has recently become certified as an acupuncture practitioner, one of very few in our area. She has completed over 100 hours of training in medical acupuncture and is certified by Colorado State University's Veterinary Medical Acupuncture course.
Her husband is a professor at the University of Illinois and she has two little boys that keep her busy outside of the office. She has a soft spot for hound and hunting dogs.
