Wendy was born in Mexico but raised in Reno. As a kid, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She attended Truckee Meadows Community College where she graduated and became a licensed veterinary technician. She dreams of pursuing a specialty in zoo medicine, but loves helping and caring for other people's pets in the meantime. She has two Chihuahuas, Luna and Lola. Wendy enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, going to the gym and listening to music—especially in concert!
