Morgan joined our VCA Leon Springs family in the Summer of 2016, and was born and raised right next door in Kerville, Texas! "Growing up here in the Texas Hill Country had a huge impact on who I am today," says Morgan. "I love the culture here, and family is very important to me." After marrying her high school sweetheart, Morgan left Texas for Hawaii, where her husband served as an active duty U.S. Navy Diver. Following their family's relocation to Texas, Morgan decided to pursue her lifelong passion for animals and join the veterinary field!

In her free time, Morgan enjoys weightlifting, playing pool (she's quite the shark!) and watching movies. "I love a lot of different kinds of films" Morgan says. "But my guilty pleasure is watching Christmas movies!" At home, Morgan's family includes two kiddos, Mattisyn and Carter, and three four-legged family members - an Australian Shepherd named Bear, a shepherd mix named Donna and a feisty black kitty named Ichabod.
