Phoenix Suranofsky is a Los Gatos native. She joined the VCA Animal Hospital of Los Gatos team in 2016 as a Client Service Representative and quickly established herself as a leader in the team. She soon became the Client Service Supervisor and was promoted to Hospital Manager in January 2021.

The thing Phoenix enjoys most about her job is the connection that is formed not only between the hospital and patients but also with clients. She has special interests in pet nutrition and Fear Free medicine.

When Phoenix is not at work, she enjoys painting, photography, and watching documentaries. Phoenix has an adorable dog named Asuna that she got as a puppy from a local rescue, and a Shiba Inu named Kashi.
