Lisa started at VCA Lewis in Columbia, Maryland, in 1997 working in the kennel and at the front desk before becoming office manager. She went on to be hospital manager at two other VCA hospitals before coming to VCA Newark in February of 2010.
Why I Do What I Do: "When I was a little girl, my Dad told me to love what you do and do what you love. I would come home with the neighbors' dogs and cats and tell my parents, 'they need a home'. I tried many different jobs in my life, but when I was hired in the kennel at VCA Lewis, I knew I found my career. Not only did I get to be an advocate for the pets I took care of, I also got to take care of the clients, too. Every pet and every client deserves the best and I get to make sure they get it."
