Client Service Representative

Emma joined VCA Northwest Animal Hospital in November of 2022 as a full time receptionist. Since that time she has been an integral part of our team. She enjoys meeting all of our fantastic clients and greeting their amazing pets!  Emma is currently cross-training as a veterinary assistant, so you might get to interact with her, during your pet's entire visit. Emma would love to continue her journey in the veterinary field, and attend school to become a certified veterinary technician. (We hope she does, too.)

Emma share's her life outside of work with her husband, Bryce, their two dogs, Inca and Lulu, and a crazy cat named Zazu. She loves spending her free time curled up with a good book, crocheting, or playing a game she can get lost in. The best way to win her heart is with a good cup of coffee! (Which is never far from her side.)

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
