Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Northeastern CT. She received her Bachelors in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2010. She moved to the Midwest to obtain her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University. Dr. Taylor was excited to be able to return to Connecticut to be closer to her friends and family post graduation. Dr. Taylor is passionate about providing high quality preventative medicine and has a special interest in emergency medicine. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Taylor loves to spend time outdoors exploring new hiking trails or snowboarding. She also enjoys showing her dogs in obedience and agility. Currently, Dr. Taylor shares her life with her fiance Sam, a Shetland Sheepdog named Pepper, and a rescued Border Collie named Atlas.
