Dr. Diaz was born in California and raised in Texas. Her parents are from Mexico, and she speaks English and Spanish fluently. She attended Boise State University for her undergraduate degree. In 2017, Dr. Diaz received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies, and completed one year of clinical practice training at the University of Minnesota. She seeks to fortify the human-animal bond and build trusting and meaningful relationships with her clients and their pets. Her special interests include dermatology, internal medicine, and surgery.
Dr. Diaz shares her home with four pets. She has three dogs: Nimbus, a tripod Pomeranian; Tuna Marie, a pit bull; and Olive, a boxer mix. She also has one cat, a tripod domestic shorthair named Ihop. Dr. Diaz enjoys traveling, gardening, and trying new restaurants and movies.
