Sierra has been with VCA Redwood as a client service representative since 2021. Sierra has always been an empathetic animal lover. She has a passion for animal care and loves seeing all of the patients that come to the hospital. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking with her long-haired German shepherd, kayaking, gardening and working with horses.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
