Shannon was born in Florida and raised in Gig Harbor, WA. Surrounded by water, but missing the sunshine is what brought her to Eastern Washington. She worked in veterinary medicine for 10 years, starting as a receptionist and working her way into a Veterinary Assistant position, where she fell in love with performing dentals and assisting in surgeries. She took a hiatus for 13 years to raise her daughter and now in 2024 has joined the River City team as a Client Service Representative.

When Shannon is not working and the sun is shining, you will find her out on adventures around the water—paddle boarding, hiking, camping, occasional hikes to the hot springs, and listening to local live music.
