Amber, originally from here in Sacramento, joined VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center in 2023 as our assistant hospital manager. She has a background in human resources and leading teams in a retail environment. Amber has a passion for building strong, supportive environments for teams. She is excited to blend her skills and talents with her love of people and animals. In her former company, she was a captain of diversity and inclusion, setting up monthly awareness events. She also has a passion for volunteering and giving back to her community.

Outside of work, Amber is a mom to a spunky and curious four-year-old daughter. They enjoy spending time outside with their pup, Minnie, a French Bulldog and Wirehaired Pointer Griffon mix.
