I have always known I love working with animals and quickly found out I love veterinary medicine. I started working at VCA Care Animal Hospital in October of 2016. I left Care for a short amount of time in 2018 and came back to work at Spooner Veterinary Hospital in July of 2019. My favorite part of veterinary medicine is the opportunity to learn and educate pet parents. 

Growing up, my family always had plenty of animals, including goats, pigs, chickens, dogs and cats. I currently have two dachshunds named Kip and Maci, a walker coonhound named Duke, and three cats named Oscar, Cricket and CJ. My husband has a love of fish, so we also have two large tanks with a variety of fish.
