Dr. McLean obtained her veterinary degree from Purdue University in 2002. She completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Tennessee's College of Veterinary Medicine followed by two years as a general practice vet in Albuquerque, NM. In 2008 Dr. McLean completed a comparative veterinary ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee and became certified as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists in 2008. Her areas of interest include cataract surgery, glaucoma and systemic diseases that affect the eye. Dr. McLean has been treating pet eye diseases at VCA Veterinary Care Animal Hospital and Referral Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 2008.
