Gina moved from her lifelong coastal town in North Carolina to Guyton, Georgia in 2022. She completed her degree in Veterinary Science at Cape Fear Community College and passed the VTNE to become a Registered/Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2019. She went on to work in general practice for a number of years at a small family-owned practice until she moved to Georgia. After spending a year working at an Internal Medicine practice in Savannah, she decided to make the switch back to general practice.
Her love for animals started at home with her family pets. Growing up she had animals of all kinds—dogs, cats, fish, birds—and she even rode horses. While a lot has changed over the years, her passion for animals has not.
Gina and her family share their home with their beloved pets: 3 beagles, 2 cats, a cockatiel, 2 leopard geckos and 11 chickens; never a dull moment! In her free time, she enjoys drawing, painting, gardening and spending time outdoors with her family and animals.
