Dr. Ali-Jagroop originally from Trinidad and Tobago, went to veterinary school at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, where she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary license with honors. After finishing vet school she moved to New York, where she worked as an LVT for several years while completing her ECFVG certification. Dr. Ali-Jagroop has always loved the critical thinking and the fast pace of emergency medicine. She completed a rotating and specialty internship here at VREC Westbury and excited to join our Emergency team full time.

Dr. Ali-Jagroop especially enjoys the summer, spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
