Dr. Jennifer Chachkes completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Biological Basis of Behavior. After graduation she worked in the Veterinary Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, then completed a one-year internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey, where she completed rotations in emergency medicine, cardiology, general practice, internal medicine, surgery and critical care.
Dr. Chachkes’ professional interests are in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Chachkes resides in Philadelphia, PA, with her husband, Todd and two young daughters. She has two cats, Janet and Boris, and Fiona, an American Bulldog they adopted as a stray. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, jogging, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia, and spending time with her family.
