Born and raised in Haleiwa, Hawaii, Dr. Grace Matsuura obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She was an associate veterinarian at Community Veterinary Hospital for many years before joining VCA Yorba Regional Animal Hospital, formerly East Hills Animal Hospital, in 2003. Dr. Matsuura has the distinction of having served as past president of the Southern California Veterinary Medical Association. Her family of pets include dogs, cats, horses, chickens, tortoises, and koi fish. When she is not caring for her pets or yours, Dr. Matsuura enjoys photography, traveling, sewing and spending time with her human family – husband, Anthony, and son, Tony Jr., an aspiring baseball star.
