Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

When your pet is scheduled for boarding, we ask that you bring your pet in anytime between 8:00am and 4:30pm. Please allow up to 30 minutes for boarding check in.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, we ask that you bring your pet in between 8:00am and 8:30am. Please allow up to 20 minutes for grooming check in.
When your pet is scheduled for surgery, we ask that you bring your pet in at 7:30am the morning of surgery. Please allow up to 30 minutes for surgery check in. If 7:30am doesn't work for you, ask us about dropping off the night before.
