Dolores.... Everyone knows Dolores!! She has been with our team since October 1997!! Dolores graduated from Cosumnes River College in Sacramento in 1975, which makes her a licensed Veterinary Technician for over 40 years! Dolores is our Jane of all trades, but has a strong interest in small animal dentistry and has advanced training in this area. She keeps our ship running smooth, from many aspects of the hospital. She says that her greatest accomplishment is being a mother of her two sons, Cory and Justin, but she has mothered, mentored, taught, and raised so many more lives that have crossed through the doors of our hospital. She is patient, but keeps everyone on their toes. She expects people to work to their full potential, bus is equally if not more so an incredibly hard worker herself. She truly loves and enjoys all aspects of her career.

Dolores was born in Dixon California, but has lived in Alaska the majority of her life. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, leather carving, and outdoor sports. She also holds a Brown belt in Shotokan Karate with a degree of E kyu. Dolores lives in Chugiak, and has two dogs, Trucha and Cody. The newest addition to her family is her first grandson, Ace, who was born December 2015.
