Jessica joined VCA Eagle River in September 2023. She went to Animal Behavior College in 2017 to become a Certified Veterinarian Assistant. Jessica got her certification in July 2018.
Jessica's interests outside of work include playing softball, exploring Alaska, camping with her family, crocheting, photography, gaming, fishing, and crafting.

In June 2013, Jessica married the love of her life, Danny. They welcomed their first born child in 2015 and their second born in 2017. She also has three dogs and a bearded dragon: a Lab cocker spaniel mix named Dixie Lyn (her first baby); German Shepard, Mason; Coton De Tulear, Jack Jack; and Athena, her bearded dragon.

Jessica's big goal while working at VCA is to learn as much as she can and then go to school to get her license to become a Veterinarian Technician.

She looks forward to continuing her learning experiences and hands on training with VCA, and enjoys meeting all of the animals and great clients along the way!
