Lisa started with Findlay Animal Care Center in January 1998 as a kennel assistant. It didn't take long to see Lisa's potential as she grew to take charge of the kennel, take on reception duties, and learn vet assisting all at the same time! Lisa graduated from Stautzenberger College and became a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2005. She transferred to Findlay Animal Hospital in the following years and is currently performing as a surgical technician, room technician and kennel supervisor.
In the field of veterinary medicine, Lisa enjoys the aspects of anesthesia surgery, emergency, and client education. She is also interested in alternative medicine.
Lisa has 5 furry kids, Marlee (shih tzu), Carter (shih tzu), Jersey (terrier mix), Kayah (schnauzer), and Raina (schnauzer). She is involved in competitive agility with Kayah and soon Raina. Jersey is retired from agility due to a back injury. Lisa's favorite activity is spending time with her niece, Marie, who resides in Africa.
