Delaware SPCA
The Delaware SPCA is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of companion animals with their human caregivers and communities. They have been serving the state of Delaware since 1873. They promote the humane treatment of animals by providing adoption opportunities, low-cost veterinary services and educational programs.
