Dr. Longley spent many years with VCA Mountainview Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge and was admired for his dedication, compassion and sense of humor by our entire hospital team, his clients, patients and members of the local community. His leadership as the medical director of our hospital will never be forgotten.

Dr. Jeffrey Longley grew up on the east coast of Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia before heading to Kansas for college. He graduated from Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Aside from short stints in Las Vegas and Seattle, he spent the majority of the past 20+ years in small animal practices in the Denver Metropolitan area. Dr. Longley felt strongly that it was important to communicate with "pet parents" to ensure they had the information, resources and knowledge to provide proper nutritional and optimal care for their favorite companions. His hope was that this crucial information would provide each client with the best chance that their companions would live long, happy and healthy lives. It will be an honor for all of us at VCA Mountainview to carry on this legacy.
