There are numerous local medical issues that can impact your pet's health and may require your attention over the entire year. For example, heartworm, which can affect both cats and dogs, is a year-round risk. Since it's transmitted by mosquitoes and the winter temperatures do not drop low enough to kill the eggs and larva which thrive in our region, it's a serious cause for concern. Likewise, the potential for flea and tick infestation, or intestinal parasites is a problem in any season. And finally, contrary to what many expect, allergies are a year-round issue. Many pets suffer from skin and ear allergies, the signs of which include scratching, redness in the ears, and scaly skin.
We harness the scale and strength of our global network while acknowledging each individual's contribution. We work locally to improve the lives of all who interact with our brand.
