Dr. Wesley was born and raised in Kansas. He attended Kansas State University earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology. He went on to receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State in 1986. Following graduation, he move to Las Vegas, Nevada. He practiced for twenty years in Las Vegas, working in a six person veterinary practice for the last ten years. While there, he was able to work alongside some well known board certified surgeons, such as Tommy L. Walker, D.V.M, M.S and William D. Hoelfe, D.V.M., M.S. He obtained a wide and diverse background in veterinary medicine while practicing in Las Vegas. Due to the hectic Vegas lifestyle, Dr. Wesley decided to move his family to the beautiful state of Colorado. He joined the staff here at the VCA Animal Clinic of Parker in June of 2006, and has become an integral part of the practice. His major area of interest is in canine and feline medicine, as well as surgery.

Dr. Wesley has been married to his wife Michele for over thirty years. He has three adult sons: Zach, Chase, Garrett and a daughter-in-law Morgan. Dr Wesley enjoys fishing, hiking, biking, and skiing. He also spends time working around the house and doing landscaping. His favorite sports teams are Kansas State's football and basketball teams.
