Dr. Sweeney grew up in New Jersey where she was always surrounded by a wide array of pets ranging from hamsters to goats. From a very young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career working with animals. Dr. Sweeney graduated from Rider College with a degree in Biology and then earned her veterinary degree at The University of Pennsylvania in 1997. Dr. Sweeney and her husband lived in the Adirondacks where she practiced for several years before returning to the area. Nicole received her degree in veterinary technology from Harcum College and has been working as a licensed veterinary technician at VCA Neshaminy since 2009. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family/friends and her Pit Bull mix, Luna. Nicole is also a big fan of local sporting events—go Phillies, Flyers, Sixers and Union!
