Dr. Kittrell was born and raised in Massachusetts. She spent the majority of life prior to veterinary school competitively showing Morgan and Saddlebred horses. She graduated from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Although she loves horses, she decided to pursue training in small animal medicine. Dr. Kittrell then moved to New York City to complete her internship and residency in small animal internal medicine at The Animal Medical Center. Immediately following, she successfully completed certification by the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM). Dr. Kittrell enjoys diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal, renal and endocrine disorders. She particularly enjoys endoscopic procedures.
