Barbara joined our team in 2019 following a 240-hour internship here and more than a year working as a veterinary laboratory technician. She earned her BS in Biology from UMass Boston in 2017 and her Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology from North Shore Community College in 2020. She also passed the Veterinary Technology National Exam to become a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2020, and she is a Fear Free™ Certified Professional.
Barbara lives north of Boston with a box turtle and a Golden Retriever mix. When she's not working, she enjoys hiking, kickboxing, and crafting.
