Dr. Kaci Braner was born and raised in the Midwest before deciding to move to the warmth of California. She began her veterinary career as a veterinary assistant/kennel technician/receptionist while working towards her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry at Central College in Pella, IA. She then received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri. Following veterinary school, she completed a small animal rotating internship at VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona. Dr. Braner is excited to continue her career in emergency medicine with the team at VCA CVS-Ontario. Her professional interests include feline urethral obstruction, wound care, and emergency surgery.
