Dr. Sueda is a board-certified internist with special interests in gastroenterology and respiratory disease, with training in abdominal ultrasonography and interpretation. Born and raised in Hawaii, Dr. Sueda obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995 from Colorado State University, graduating with honors. He completed his small animal medicine and surgical internship at Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital in California in 1996 and then went on to a residency program at the Animal Medical Center (AMC) in New York City. After completing his specialty training in small animal internal medicine in 1998, he remained on staff at the AMC until moving to Colorado in 2000. He was the staff internist at the Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado in Loveland, Colorado, prior to moving to San Diego.
