Robin has been a Licensed Technician since before the title change to Registered Veterinary Technician. She obtained her Associate's degree from Bel-Rea Animal Technology in Aurora, Colorado and became licensed as an "Animal Health Technician" in 1982. Robin then completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2013.
With over three decades of experience in veterinary medicine, Robin brings a wide variety of skills and knowledge to our team at VCA EAHRC where she has worked for 18 years across several departments including Emergency, Surgery, and Cardiology. Robin has also been an animal health educator at Mesa Community College and Pima Medical College. Her passion lies in patient care education with pet owners making her role as Clinical Coordinator even more fitting.
Compassionate supportive care is what Robin advocates when it comes to Hospice patients and their families through Fear Free animal practices while also providing client education on top of being committed towards becoming an end-of-life Doula.
Robin's interests and activities include gardening, reading and enjoying the beach. She also operates her own house call nursing and pet sitting business started in 2008.
